Case Study by CSA and AthleticDirectorU: Finding the Next Great Head Coach
CSA Vice President Dr. Brad Bates and AthleticDirectorU’s Jason Belzer have partnered to create a case study in the Head Men’s Basketball coaching hires at three fictional DI universities. Designed to be conducted in groups, the case study offers participants a chance to consider the many factors that go into evaluating coaching candidates, as well as to examine other critical components of the search process for a high-profile coaching position.
Included in the case study are live video interviews conducted by the CSA team with three thremendous candidates – each highly succesful with very different coaching experiences.

- Norfolk State University Head Coach Robert Jones
