Connect Welcomes Zoe Connell as Sr. Director of Sales
RALEIGH – Collegiate Sports Connect, Inc. (Connect) announced today the hire of Zoe Connell as Sr. Director of Sales.
A college athletics veteran, Connell previously led New Business Sales for the Aspire Group at Army West Point from 2015-21. Most recently, Connell served as a School Partnership Associate for Edpuzzle, an educational technology company.
We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Zoe Connell to our Connect family. Zoe fits our Connect brand tremendously well. She’s a proven sales professional with a background in and a passion for intercollegiate athletics. Connect had an incredible first year as we grew to more than 7,000 active users and over 25 institutional partners. Zoe will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the company as she will be Connect’s first full-time employee focused on growing our company’s partnerships.
For Connect, Connell will serve as the primary contact for prospective institutional partners and lead business development efforts as the platform continues its rapid expansion across college athletics. Connell will support Connect’s digital marketing strategies and collaborate with Connect’s team on improving the platform’s design and user experience.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to be named the Senior Director of Sales at Collegiate Sports Connect. I look forward to continuing to educate the college athletics world on this effective tool that will help departments identify, recruit and acquire top talent in the industry.
A NY native, Connell graduated from SUNY New Paltz, where she was a Women’s Basketball student-athlete. She later earned a Master’s in Sports Business Management from Manhattanville College in 2014.
Zoe currently resides in Hopkins, Minnesota with her husband, Dillon, Director of Ticket Operations at the University of Minnesota and their 6 month old son, Graham Hudson. She can be reached at Zoe@csconnect.live.
ABOUT COLLEGIATE SPORTS CONNECT: Connect is a new, dynamic technology platform built by CSA in collaboration with the D1.ticker and WMT, Digital.
